Great location
Parking problems.
The apartment smelt a bit musty especially in some of the drawers so I was unable to put clothes in them.

Layout and and decor were well thought out . Good use of colour and accessories .
Good location very central. We had a great break and would stay again .
Bedroom felt a little damp think owners are aware and try to deal with this with Disposable Dehumidifiers think this is a problem with a lot of old buildings . Could do with a heated towel rail as towels never got dry
Did notice issue at front door the metal surround around door mat was lifting in corner and was very sharp .
None of these are complaints just observations and easily rectified. Didn’t affect our stay .
The Owners have done a great job with the property.

Well equipped and comfortable good location
Parking was difficult but this seems to be in Filey in general not anymore difficult for this property than anywhere 3

The flat its self is nice and clean and convenient to the town
The parking is only for one hour at a time so we ended up with 2 parking tickets and having to move our car around, which was very inconvenient
