Unbeatable Location: Right at Piazza di S. Pancrazio—walking distance to the train station, Duomo, and everything else, yet very quiet.
Spotless & Modern: High ceilings made the space feel open, with the modern design and good amenities. Great air conditioning!
Wonderful Hospitality: The hosts welcomed us personally, left cold water in the fridge, gave excellent local tips, and already had the sofa bed made and laid out for us.
Nothing. Just know that the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator, but we knew this in advance and chose great AC over a lift!

The location is just perfect, everything within reach! Supermarket around the corner as well.
The pillows and beds were comfortable, especially loved the memory foam pillows. Appartment is very clean as well. Lighting throughout is well done, no corner left in darkness :-) 2 bathrooms is a win. The hosts are very welcoming, helpful and super kind.
The sleepsofa was out for our kids and made the living space very limited. The sofa was a little uncomfortable, but for kids worked fine.
Kitchen is tiny, but manageable for little dishes. You're better off eating out in the beautiful city anyway ;-)
The showers weren't great, water pressure low I think, but as in any old building or city centre that is to be expected and wasnt a problem for us. The hand held shower head worked fine and water got nice and warm.

Ich fühlte mich von Beginn bis Ende der Reise sehr gut von den Unterkunftgebern begleitet … alles war perfekt … ich komme auf alle Fälle wieder.

Very spacious and clean. Good location and quiet.
Drapes should have blackouts added so it stays really dark in rooms. In summer, it was light most of the night.
