We were not told the apartment was located on the 4th floor with no elevator. But, we managed to plan our days so that we only had to climb the 93 step once per day. When meeting the property agent Vladimir, he brushed off the inconvenience and did not offer to carry luggage up... The apartment functioned fairly well for us space-wise. The location however turned out to be not so favorable. The street outside was a walkway for folks at all hours of the day and night, and the sound of their talking and celebrating was highly annoying. The location otherwise was good --- we were in walking distance of all sights. Provisions were minimal. For example, no coffee maker, washing machine detergent, dish detergent. One item which wasn't management's fault --- mosquitoes. The apartment is in an older building with no screens.

I dont even know where to begin. This was the vrbo rental from your worst nightmare. First off, you will be in contact with so many different people, for us it was atleast three. And it's so hard to get a hold of them, and when you do they redirect. When you arrive, you will be welcomed by 93 steps up with no lift carrying all your luggage. And if your experience Is like ours the host letting you in will not know how to open the door and you will be waiting with all your luggage at the top of the narrow staircase. He then forgot to show us the breaker at the bottom of the stairs case and makes you go back down. Then when you walk in the wear of the apartment is horrid. The place looks so dirty. There are stains on the furniture, dirt all over the place. Mold in the washing machine making it unusable as well as mold in the kitchen. I didn't even want to sit on the sofa because of all the stains. The mattress (if you can even call it that) is 2 inches thick. And the wood panels holding it up continually fall off every time you roll to your side. It's actually dangerous because you could fall through the bed. Our sheets and towels were dirty and when we asked for a replacement for the three guests they sent 1 set. We also had no hot water and couldn't get a hold of the host for about 13 hours through their "emergency line" which in turn we were asked to climb up to the attic and take photos of the boiler. Which wouldve required finding a ladder. It was not until we asked for a refund we got offered maintenence but we had already left, because we were not hearing back from the host. This place should not be on vrbo or any other rental site.when we called vrbo support they couldnt even get in contact with the host. Thats definitely suspicious. I wouldnt let family or even my enemy stay here. The other reviews have to be from friends or family. DO NOT Waste your money. We had to book a hotel. It was unlivable conditions and we are a very relaxed group.
