Great property at an excellent price. We loved having the bedrooms on one floor and living room and kitchen on another.

Quiet setting in the backwoods of Kentucky. Nice deck w a view and comfy outdoor furniture. Beds were comfy. Owner very responsive to text communication. Our issues were cleanliness of kitchen, lack of cookware to cook breakfast. Windows were dirty. Could be a great property if it had a good old fashioned deep cleaning.
