House was clean and organized. The game area was perfect for the kids. Only downfall was the photos were not up to date so it was a little misleading. The walk to the lake wasn’t for the weak but it sure was pretty when we finally made it down.

Overall a great experience! Loved the dock, beautiful view from there at sunset and we were able to fish and swim.. The walk up and down the stairs isn't for the faint of heart but well worth it once you get down there.

Very nice place! It was so quiet and peaceful…it’s basically on a private road with almost no traffic. The house is as described, with several modern updates with guests in mind. Excellent communication with host. Plenty of room for 4 adults. The screened deck is awesome!

The location and livable space in the house is nice. Adequate linens as well. The kitchen was nice, except for the dirty pans and dishes, mentioned below.On the downside, the house was not clean and the outside was unkempt. Layer of dust on everything inside and cobwebs on fans and wall decor. Dirty pans and dishes in the cabinets. Filthy A/C filter on the return. Looked as if there had been little or no cleaning prep before our arrival. Outside landscape overgrown, yard not mowed. Master bathroom wall had dark splatter in one spot. Bugs and dirt in all window sills and sliding door tracks. Just widespread neglect.Also linens in the dryer when we arrived. We had a nice time, we just had to spend some time cleaning at times before we could enjoy the stay. Hopefully, these issues will be addressed with the housecleaning service.
