Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Dock details: The unit has access to a boat dock and slip. The slip can accommodate a boat no larger than 23 feet.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I arrived with a bad attitude, annoyed by the check in process at a Vacasa store front rather than simply a keypad entry (which it has so doesn’t make sense). They couldn’t find the parking pass so they told me I had to park on the street. The place was hot as heck when I got there and a trickle of air was flowing through the vents. I freaked thinking the place would never cool down… it did. The floors weren’t clean, the double sinks had food in them, fruit flies even! I’m pretty sure the owner gave me a nasty review for being such a PITA. Why 5 stars? THE VIEW WAS ASTOUNDING. The bay was gorgeous which soothed the raging beast inside. Just what a solo work trip is meant to do. It was perfection. I worked on the upper level back balcony, watched fireworks off the front balcony. By the end of the week, I was the sweet, loving, kind human i once knew and thought had shriveled up and died. She’s back. Thank you for putting up with me!

The place was really nice but it was lacking garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels there was one dish towel, they say to run the dish washe, but there was no dishwasher soap. Only a couple bathe towels. We should not have had to go and purchase these essentials. I would stay again but the cleaning people need to stock it properly, and the garbage can was fill in the kitchen

It was a nice place. Just needs some Better accommodations. We had no soap, maybe 2 trash bags and 2 dish detergents. Make sure to bring these items. Be prepared to walk a lot of steps. Other than that it was a great stay!
