Families and groups (18 +) are welcome at this cozy 2-bed/2-bath two level spacious townhome with new updates and perfectly decorated for your beach gateway. The condo has an outdoor pool. And if you are a boat lover, you have found your happy place with the access to canal and Assawoman Bay. Located in popular 94th St area, it provides the convenience of being close to shopping, grocery, right around OCMD's signature restaurants: Lombardi's Trattoria, Liquid Assets, Layton's Breakfast, Bull on The Beach to name a few and much more.
The space
Bedroom 1: - 1 Queen Size bed
Bedroom 2: - 2 single size beds
Livingroom: - pull out sofa for extra 2 guests and a Twin sleeper for 1 more.
All beds have pillows and protective hyper allergenic mattress covers. Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival
Both bedrooms are on the second floor, with private balconies in each room. One of the bedrooms has a pool view and other bedroom has a canal view. Parking is provided for 2 cars. You will also be able to use free street parking for extra cars.
It is about .7 miles distance to the beach. Throw a line from charming fishing piers, take a ride at historic Trimper's, or Water Park at Jolly Roger amusement park and enjoy spectacular waterfront dining -- all within a short distance. For an unforgettable day trip, you can book a cruise to Assateague Island National Park to enjoy the scenic views, wild animals and a beautiful nature.

Extremely well maintained and stocked with anything you might not even know you might need. Clean, modern, up to date, great location, far enough from the boardwalk for peace and quiet at night, but an easy ride to the inlet for seeing all attractions Ocean City Maryland has to offer. John was great with his responses to any questions I had, dropped off a 2nd parking pass we needed within an hour! The pool was steps from our door, and the tip about parking in the Acme parking lot eas spot on.Turned a 12 block walk into a 2 block walk to the beach. If you are looking for a gret get-away in O.C. Md, I highly reccomend this property, both for the accomodations as well as the host!

Highly recommend this spacious, fully stocked unit! It is beautifully decorated with beach-themed decor and the furniture and beds are super comfortable. Conveniently located to grocery store and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!
