It was very peaceful. The people across the way did install new lights that came right through our bedroom curtains, they are bright! Maybe better coverage on sliding glass doors in bedroom. The listing originally said jacuzzi/hot tub. That disappeared weeks after I booked… 🤔 not sure why. We had no toaster or microwave. But overall I had a great time and the place was super cute! Plus tons of space. Our family didn’t make it so my husband and I had tons of space. Also, there isn’t direct access or I’ll say easy access to the water for kayaking, you have to find a boat ramp. I did ask about a recommendation but I never received a response. No worries, it was a great time of relaxation that we needed! Thank you 😊

The condo is cute and waterfront location is great. It is a little walk to the beach so we parked by the basketball court which made the trip quick and convenient. The layout was perfect for our group with the dining and kitchen slightly separated from the living room. We were able to get up and start our day with the younger kids sleeping in the living room and older kids in the bedroom without waking everyone up. We had room to spread out and having the 2 bedrooms AND 2 bathrooms was great for our group of six. We also enjoyed having a full kitchen so we could eat lunch in while we showered and relaxed after our beach mornings and liked sitting out on the waterfront balcony. The kids loved having separate areas and our boys made the short trip to play at the basketball court a few times which was next to a cute playground. The condo has been updated in most areas and is very beachy and welcoming. The owner was also super responsive after having to reach out. We enjoyed our last minute stay at the beach for the 4th : )
