About this house rental
Welcome to Serenity by the Sea where you will have gorgeous ocean and sunset views from the spacious living area and front/back porches. A chef-style kitchen with all the amenities, upgraded appliances, oven with air fryer, and Keurig with pod/carafe. Cut down on laundry time with a full size Speed Queen washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king bed, pull out trundle, and double vanity with large ADA shower. Upstairs hosts two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 bunk beds, each with its own private bathrooms.
In addition, there is a work from home area with ocean views and a large child play area. Smart TVs available in each room with streaming apps. Parking available for 4 cars.
A quick walk to the beach ramp and you will be on a private quiet area of Holden beach! Or take a quick drive 5-minute drive over to the park, pickleball/tennis courts, basketball, bike rental, coffee shop and slushie/ice cream as well as the island's 3 restaurants.
A Beach wheelchair and walker can be borrowed on the island. Please inquire as to how and reach out with any other accessibility questions.

The home was beautiful and within a short walk to the beach. I loved that it was handicap accessible, as it made for a much easier trip on my grandparents. Everything was very clean and the view off the back porch was perfect. I would definitely recommend this home for families with children/older adults as it was accommodating to every age.

Rebecca was wonderful to work with.
House was super clean, but did miss on a couple items. Rebecca was notified and was very agreeable with these items missed, and did offer the appropriate solutions.
House was located on the main road, and at times did have some noise.
Overall relaxin in comfort in a great house and proximity to beach, with a greater than great host. Should the opportunity arise for a visit to Holden again, I would not hesitate to book here again.
