Lounge by the water's edge as your young ones play in the small, sandy beach area, or utilize the private boat slip and lift for memorable water adventures. A sun deck above the boathouse comes complete with a grill, a gas fire table, and a dining table for alfresco meals. The ground-floor deck offers a scenic spot for morning coffee while two smart TVs on the upper deck set the scene for happy hour entertainment. For some off-site fun, there are several great public golf courses within a five-mile radius. Boat and jet ski rentals are available within a mile of the home as well.
After a day on the lake, pamper yourself at home with a host of luxe interior comforts. A plush sectional, a fireplace, and a smart TV allow for casual downtime and family movie nights in the living room. The immaculate stainless steel kitchen comes well-equipped for handling gourmet family meal prep. Other home essentials include complimentary WiFi, central air conditioning, and a private washer/dryer.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Dock details: The owner upgraded the lift. It will hold most large boats. The lake channel is about 4 ft deep but the lift was dug to 5ft deep.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The overall trip was good however the boat lift was broken and the jet ski lift needs new pads. The refrigerator Walter filter needed to be replaced. Fan and light controls were missing. The front door access was extremely hard to manage. Ants had access to the kitchen thru the window over the kitchen sink. The home was clean and the layout was great for entertaining. The outdoor furniture worn but the different areas to gather were great.

Beautiful convenient and on the lake, but……when we arrived there W’s a smell downstairs that turned out to be trash in the garage with tons of flies right next to a door where two of the beds are located. They did send someone to remove the trash but we had to alter our plans as we did not feel comfortable with them entering with our stuff there. The grass was not mowed and was long when we got there and not mowed during our 8 day stay. The beds are very hard, like my back was killing me when we left and the pillows are very thin and soft. The lock is finicky and always took a couple of times to lock or unlock when going in and out. When we were leaving prior to 10:00am check out I could not get the door to lock and had delay leaving to call and make sure it was okay to leave the door unlocked. I have stayed at many VRBO’s all over the US and Europe and this was the most poorly managed property I have stayed at.
