Enter Water’s Edge on the 1st level from the one car garage (additional parking for 2 more vehicles) where you’ll find a fully renovated 2nd master bedroom suite with a queen bed and custom tiled walk in shower. This bedroom is a very private escape with a flat screen television (Satellite Direct TV). A full sized laundry facility is also located on this level.

Exit the back of this level (lake side) at the slide glass door to your private covered patio landing that leads to the boat house and swim deck where you can tie your boat and plunge right into lake LBJ.

The second level (main living area) has access to the beautiful multi-level lakefront deck with seating for 10 (6 around the outdoor table). Here you’ll find amazing views of the open water, a full sized gas grill, outdoor speakers, retractable awning and stairway that descends to the swim deck and boathouse for direct lake access.

The spacious decks are perfectly shaded in the afternoon. Inside this level you’ll enjoy a fabulous floor to ceiling view of the lake in the spacious open living area with plenty of seating. This level offers a half bathroom, wet bar with wine fridge, and dining area with a table for 6 (plus two additional seats at the breakfast bar).

The fully stocked kitchen has a double oven with electric flat cook top, built in microwave, full-sized dishwasher and side by side fridge with ice maker. This kitchen has everything you need including toasters, 12-cup drip coffee maker, Keurig, hand mixer, blender, etc... This level has a flat screen television with Satellite Direct TV, AM/FM radio, DVD, and Internet router.

On the third level you’ll find the same amazing views from the spacious master suite with a king bed, full bathroom with double sinks, custom tiled walk in shower and plenty of closet space. This room has enough space for the addition of an air mattress or pack n play if needed. In the master you’ll also find: flat screen television with Satellite Direct TV.

Just down the hall you’ll find the third bedroom fully furnished with a queen bed and large closet.
