Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances and lots of handy extras. Or step out to the patio to fire up the gas grill!

All children must be supervised in the game room. Food and drinks are not allowed on the pool table or on the arcade games. Please use tables and drink holding stations for all food and drinks. Please refer to the game room guest guide for arcade game instructions.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Security camera details: Arlo doorbell camera on front entryway.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
