The apartment building has its own underground parking garage, from which you can take the elevator to the first floor. Inside the building, there is a small café serving bakery items—a great spot to stop by in the morning for breakfast or to pick up some fresh rolls. You can explore the seaside resorts using Rügen’s iconic train, the Rasender Roland. A stop is located about a 4-minute walk from your vacation apartment. The Bodden landscape is also within walking distance, as are numerous restaurants serving regional cuisine, cafés, and shopping options.

The well-furnished, non-smoking 2-room apartment No. 04 “Ostseeliebe,” measuring approximately 48 m², is located on the first floor and is easily accessible by elevator from the underground parking garage. It accommodates up to 2 adults and 1 toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. The entryway is equipped with a coat rack, a mirror, and a shoe cabinet. The living area features a cozy couch with an ottoman, a coffee table, a reading lamp, a small tall cabinet, and a TV stand with a Smart TV and DAB radio featuring Bluetooth, USB, and AUX connections. An internet connection (Wi-Fi/50 Mbps) is also included. Book lovers will also find plenty to enjoy thanks to the selection of vacation reading material provided. The dining area, featuring a bench and comfortable chairs, blends seamlessly into the space. You can access your furnished south-facing balcony—which features a beach chair and an insect screen door—from the living area. The separate kitchen has everything you could ask for. It is equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a kettle, a coffee maker, a Senseo pod machine, a toaster, and various kitchen utensils. The bright bedroom features a double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m, H3), as well as nightstands, a wardrobe, a dresser, a smart TV, and blackout curtains. From the hallway, you’ll find your bathroom, which is equipped with a low-entry shower, toilet, cabinets, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer.
