The pier, the Bernstein Promenade, and the Kurplatz invite you to take a leisurely stroll. Cozy cafés, restaurants, and playgrounds for children create a Mediterranean atmosphere right against the backdrop of the beach and the sea. On the Kurplatz, in front of the historic music pavilion, numerous events and concerts take place year-round. The two-room vacation apartment is located on the second floor and features a large, covered balcony. It is easily accessible by elevator. Within walking distance—ranging from about 100 m to 500 m—you’ll find various shopping options, restaurants, fish smokehouses, the “Rasender Roland” train station, and a bus stop. Man’s best friend is also well taken care of. The well-maintained dog beach is about a 5-minute walk away.

This bright and welcoming 2-room vacation apartment on the 2nd floor covers approximately 45 square meters and is a non-smoking unit. The apartment is equipped for a maximum of 2 adults + 1 child up to 17 years of age and is easily accessible via the staircase or the elevator. It features a living/dining room with a pull-out sofa bed (approx. 1.26 m x 2.00 m), an armchair, a coffee table, a floor lamp, a dining table with chairs, as well as a new and well-equipped built-in kitchen with an oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, Senseo pod machine, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, blender, and various kitchen utensils. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (firmness level 2 / 1.80 m x 2.00 m), nightstands, a wardrobe, insect screens, blackout curtains, and pleated blinds. The naturally lit, tiled bathroom—featuring a walk-in shower, a toilet, a sink, bathroom cabinetry, and a hair dryer—offers ample comfort for your vacation stay. Additional amenities include a smart TV, Blu-ray player, stereo system with CD player and USB port, a collection of games, books, and free Wi-Fi. The spacious, covered balcony (south/east-facing) with seating and a parasol is perfect for relaxing and is accessible from the living/dining room. Cleaning supplies, as well as an ironing board and an iron, are also provided. The parking space is located right next to the house. A lockable communal storage room and bike racks behind the private parking area are also available for use. Pets are allowed for a fee.
