About this apartment rental
In the Villa Carlota you will find the exclusively furnished non-smoking apartment (No.12) Pusteblume. The beach promenade, with many restaurants and shops, is only a few minutes' walk away. Listen to the waves in the pre-season and enjoy the sea air and silence on long walks or experience the salty Baltic Sea - with and without waves - and in the summer months the fine sandy beach under your feet. Just a few steps away, you can board the Bäderbahn, which invites you to take a short trip to the surrounding area. Bicycles can be rented in the nearby shops. In the restaurants of the nearby beach promenade you can enjoy your dinner after a relaxing day.
Villa Carlota Whg 12 Dandelion with terrace:
Our exclusively furnished non-smoking apartment (No. 12) Dandelion is located on the first floor of Villa Carlota. With its approx. 52 square meters, it offers you space for max. 2 to 4 adults. With great attention to detail and tastefully furnished, our apartment offers a perfect feel-good character in all seasons. In summer, the east facing position cools, in winter the underfloor heating ensures warm feet. In the living area there is a large and comfortable couch, which can be converted into a spacious sofa bed (1.45m x 2.25m) in simple steps. With the soft bed topper, which converts the couch almost into an equivalent bed, comfortable overnight accommodation for 2 adults is also possible. A DAB radio, a music system and a smart TV complete the technical area. From here you can access your seated terrace (east), where you can be woken up in the morning by the sound of the seagulls. The adjoining high-quality kitchenette is equipped with everything you need such as a dishwasher, an induction hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine SENSEO Duo (pad machine + filter), an egg cooker, a blender and many small kitchen aids that also allow you to bake cakes. The kitchen counter can accommodate up to 4 people, where you will also find enough sockets for your laptop for necessary home office activities. The large and cozy box spring bed (1.80m x 2.00m) at comfort height in the bedroom provides you with relaxed dreams. Insect screens as well as a large wardrobe, bedside shelves with lighting, a smart TV and a sideboard complete the room. The interior bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a washbasin with mirror, a towel radiator, a hairdryer, a make-up mirror, a toilet, a washing machine. Cleaning utensils as well as a tumble dryer and vacuum cleaner are available for you. For our little guests, a children's travel bed (without additional mattress / without bed ticking) is included. A small, house-trained and well-behaved 4-legged friend is a welcome guest for a fee. From your extra-wide (4m) underground parking space (No.82, entrance height 2.15m) you can easily reach your apartment via the elevator. You can safely park your bicycles in the basement belonging to the apartment (No.12). You can book the initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 shower towel, 2 small towels) up to 14 days before arrival for an extra charge or supplement it with your own. From 2 booked packages you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.
