About this house rental
'BaabeMeister'. The beach house 'BaabeMeister' is located just a few meters from the long white sandy beach, on the Baaber dune.
Have breakfast in the morning on the terrace, in the winter cozy in our light-flooded gallery, the crackle of the fireplace, enjoy the view in the snow-covered forest - that is pure relaxation!
Notes on additional costs and fees:
Cost of electricity (0.35 € / kWh), gas (0.98 € / cubic meter) and water (6.50 € / cubic meter) according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Bed and bath linen can be ordered upon request.
The rental deposit of 150, - € please pay in advance. (New Year's Eve 200, - €) This will be charged with the additional costs.

The exclusive equipment sauna, whirlpool, fireplace, reading area and underfloor heating at low heating costs (economical condensing gas spa) makes our beautiful, spacious beach house (about 85 square meters) to an idyll in every season.
The house is ideal for families with children. The playground is only 150 meters away and the beach is right next to it. In the house everything should be there for the children - from toys to books, board games, beach toys, cot, high chair, nursery guard, socket protection to a small footstool in the bathroom.
The house has many extras such as a relax lounger for reading, free Wi-Fi internet access, an electric grill, large flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room, bedroom with TV, hair dryer, washing machine, clothes horse, iron and ironing board.

Bei Ankunft haben wir uns zunächst etwas erschrocken, da zahlreiche Ferienhäuser um uns herum standen. Diese waren so geschickt aufgestellt, dass jedes Haus seine Privatsphäre hatte. Niemand konnte dem Nachbarn auf dem „Frühstückstisch“ schauen. Die Umgebung war super, sehr nah zum Strand und zum Wald. Hervorragend mit Hund. Das Ferienhaus war für 4 Personen großzügig aufgeteilt und sehr schön. An Ausstattung alles ausreichend vorhanden. Abwicklung der Nebenkosten innerhalb einer Woche nach Aufenthalt. Sehr zeitnah. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen in diesem Ferienhaus.

Sehr schönes Haus, toll eingerichtet.
Küche gut ausgestattet. Nur der Parkplatz für das zweite Auto könnte besser ausgeschildert werden und ist auch nicht für alle Autos geeignet.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Baabe . Das Haus ist eigentlich sehr schön . Leider ist das Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen bzw. abgewohnt. Für den gezahlten Preis hätte ich mehr erwartet. In der Küche fehlte dies und das. Im unteren Bad und in den Schlafzimmern Spinnweben an den Decken. Die Terasse ist für den riesigen Tisch viel zu klein. Die beiden Relaxliegen auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, mit Roststellen . Die Nachbarhäuser sind da besser ausgestattet. Mein Fazit lautet also ein sehr schönes Haus aber für den gezahlten Preis stimmte für mich die Leistung nicht.
