About this house rental
In the heart of the Arcachon Bay area in the town of Audenge, 800 meters from the harbor and the seawater pool, this furnished house is set in a quiet neighborhood. It is attached to our home on an enclosed lot with an electric gate, where you can park your car safely in the courtyard. We guarantee your privacy.
Through a separate entrance, you’ll find a two-bedroom (T3) home measuring 60 square meters that can accommodate 4 people. You’ll enjoy a living room with an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, flat-screen TV, leather sofa, a high table with four chairs, and reversible air conditioning), as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. There are two bedrooms upstairs: one with a 160x190 double bed and the other, an attic room, with a 140x190 double bed.
You can enjoy a seawater pool located 800M away, featuring a playground, a skate park, and a basketball court, and just 400M from the town center with all its shops and a market on Tuesdays.
Its location allows you to reach Arcachon, the Pilat Dune, or Cap Ferret—with its lighthouse and beaches—in about 30 to 40 minutes by car. It’s also just a quarter-hour from the Teich Bird Sanctuary or Andernos-Les-Bains. You can also explore Bordeaux, 50 km away. You can hike along the coastal trail through the Certes and Graveyron estates. This vacation home is waiting just for you.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday, with a minimum stay of 7 days. Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM.
Weekly rate in April, May, June, and September: 910€. Weekly rate in July: 1,120€ and in August: 1,190€. Security deposit: 500€.
Non-smoking home. No parties allowed. Pets not allowed.
End-of-stay cleaning available for €60.
