Located in Audenge, a town in the heart of the Arcachon Basin, our gîte is the ideal starting point for discovering the wonders of the area: its beaches, oyster ports, picturesque villages, and unspoiled nature. Nature lovers will appreciate the numerous cycling and hiking trails that allow you to explore the Certes and Graveyron Estate, the Leyre Delta, and the coastal path. This comfortable house is designed to comfortably accommodate up to four people and offers a modern and welcoming interior. You will find all the necessary equipment for a pleasant and carefree stay. It comprises a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and bright living/dining room, two bedrooms each with a 160x200 cm bed, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential area, our house guarantees peace and tranquility, away from the tourist crowds, while remaining close to amenities and local attractions. You can enjoy the sunny terrace for al fresco dining and also relax in the landscaped courtyard in front of the house after a day of exploring. The house is equipped with reversible air conditioning in the living room and electric heating in the bedrooms and bathroom. Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day is not included (billed based on meter reading). The price includes bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. You have access to a parking space for a medium-sized vehicle in front of the house or on the very quiet street. Gas for cooking (if the cooktop uses gas), water within reasonable limits, and an electricity allowance of 8 kWh/day. Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
