About this villa rental
4-star furnished tourist accommodation 10 minutes walk from the port of Biganos between Arcachon and Cap Ferret, ideal for walks and picnics, all on the edge of the forest with extended cycle paths in an authentic and bucolic environment.
Close to all shops while remaining in a privileged setting, quiet.
House composed of a large living room open to fitted kitchen offering a beautiful and pleasant living space, very bright with its bay windows opening onto the terrace and garden with barbecue and heated swimming pool from April 15 to September 30 if the weather allows it out of sight.
Three independent bedrooms with double beds and television, superb bathroom with walk-in shower and large bathtub, and toilet + bathroom with shower and toilet, automatic gate with secure video.
Equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, clothesline, sofa, ironing set, Nespresso coffee machine and traditional coffee maker, electric kettle, electric teapot, toaster Tv, wifi, various board games, for the very small cot, stroller, playpen, high chair, deckchairs
Mandatory cleaning fee of 95 euros to be paid on site, for stays of one night depending on the number of people contact us for the rate

This was our second visit to this villa in Biganos and we were delighted to meet Francoise amd Victor again, who are wonderful hosts, and to stay at their beautiful villa! It is so well equiped with everything you need for a relaxing stay, the pool is great and we thoroughly enjoyed our time again. Look forward to seeing you again. A bientot!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Victor and Francoise’s lovely holiday home and they were very accommodating with the booking, arrival time and communication. The house is very well equipped, the heated pool is great and the location is private and peaceful. Location is excellent for Bordeaux, the airport & Arcachon. We hope to return in the future!

A lovely modern house at the edge of a wood.
Good pool and furniture (an umbrella would be helpful in hot weather).
Location allows easy train trips to Bordeaux and Arcachon. There is a huge Auchun supermarket in town.
Only slight downside is that there isn’t a bar or cafe within walking distance.
