House renovated with care, spacious and bright, is located in a quiet area close to the center with a garden of 1500m2 (rare on the basin)
10 min walk from the city center (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, market) 5 min walk from the train station (bike rental).
At the port, you will enjoy a natural area with the ornithological park, a supervised swimming area, a canoe and electric boat rental site.
In the heart of the basin, 15 minutes from the Dune du Pyla and Arcachon.
The accommodation
The house is on one level with two beautiful bedrooms. One with a double bed of 160x200 and the second with two single beds 90x200.
1 sofa bed in the living room.
Baby cot and high chair on request.
A book, board game and billiards area for children is very popular 😊
You will enjoy a beautiful bright living room with living room, the living room and the open kitchen. Access from this room to the veranda (dining area) and the garden of 1500 m2 (fig, apple, pear, cherry, hazelnut...) and fully fenced garden (very rare on the pond) where you can have your meals and relax thanks to the deckchairs.
Travelers' access
The entire house and its garden. You will not be able to park your vehicle in the garage but in the property which is fully fenced.

The house is not equipped to charge electric vehicles.
If you are travelling with your pet, please do not leave it alone in the house. He will enjoy visiting the pool as much as you do.
