About this apartment rental
Welcome to Winslow's Waterfront lower-level apartment! Perfect place to stay whether you’re here to fish a tournament, vacation, work or just need a little get away. Rental includes use of boat house with electricity and boat lift!! If you don’t have a boat there are boat rental places in the area. We are perfectly located in between Guntersville and Scottsboro on Lake Guntersville. There are 2 boat ramps within a mile of the apt.
The space
3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment comes with full size appliances, including a washer and dryer, extra-large private covered waterproof patio, 2 slip boathouse with electricity and lifts, plenty of room to park 2 trucks and 2 boat trailers (Possibly 3 if you park 1 in the gravel to the side). There is a boat ramp located in the neighborhood 1/2 mile from apt and a public boat ramp across from Waterfront a mile away. We are perfectly located in between Scottsboro and Guntersville. We have fiber internet just in case you have a little work to do while you are here. Access to Hulu, Netflix and Disney+ is provided.
Stress free stay including check out day!! There will not be any clean-up instructions because you will not have to do any cleaning on checkout day, that’s what the cleaning fee is for. We hope you enjoy your stay and have a safe trip home!!
Guest access
Guests have access to a private covered waterproof patio area that includes gas grill, porch swing, outdoor furniture, corn hole and other games. Guests also have full access to boathouse (electricity and lift), dock with picnic table and a fire pit with chairs.
Other things to note
We have recently added a new deck that is waterproof so you can enjoy the outdoors even if it’s raining. Our future projects include screening in the patio area.

I don’t have to look for anywhere else to stay when visiting the area. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and this home definitely exceeded my expectations! The boathouse made getting on and off the lake such an easy experience. The hosts were incredible. The views from the house were amazing as well. There was an outside area with cornhole and anything that you could think of. Incredible!
