About this house rental
When you enter the home you find yourself in between the well appointed kitchen and the dining area. Your kitchen is well stocked with everything you'll need to make memorable vacation meals with family or friends. It's just like walking into your own kitchen!
Across from the kitchen is the dining area with plenty of seating at the table.
Beyond the kitchen/dining area you'll find a very large Great Room with beautiful views of Lake Guntersville. You have a very large leather sectional couch plus two very comfy oversized chairs. The Smart TV is powered by Spectrum and includes many channels including a super sports package. Your very fast WIFI is also powered by Spectrum.
As you walk down the hallway you'll find the Primary bedroom with en-suite full bath at the end to the left. There's a King sized bed and a twin bed in the Primary bedroom. Your Primary bathroom has double sinks.
At the end of the hallway is your laundry area and on the opposite wall from the Primary bedroom is the second full bathroom, also with double sinks.
Walking back up the hallway toward the Great Room you'll find the second bedroom to the right with 2 Queen beds and the third bedroom to the left with one Queen bed.
The back door leads from the Great Room onto your screened porch. It's a great place to spend some time relaxing and looking at the lake. Beyond the screened porch is a very large deck where you can also enjoy views of the lake.
Down by the lake is your very large dock. There's plenty of places to tie up a boat. (there's no guest access to the inside of the boat house). You'll launch your boat at the Mink Creek boat ramp which is less than 1/2 mile from the house then drive through the access under the road to your boat dock.
There's plenty of parking on the concrete or gravel areas of the driveway for vehicles and boats.

We loved being on the water. The dock for the boat was a plus. Having Spectrum was huge! We enjoyed being able to watch the Iron Bowl.

Inside was fine and adequate. Outside sitting area was. It well kept. Overflowing ash trays, dirty chairs. Did not want to sit outside. This property has a good view of the lake and adequate outdoor space but fungi shine were shabby and dirty.
