Located directly across the street from Lake Guntersville, this is the ultimate base camp for your next fishing adventure. Situated on nearly an acre, you’ll have plenty of privacy to relax and swap stories after a long day on the water.
Pro-Boater Amenities:
Convenience: Just 1 minute from Waterfront Bay Grocery and Tackle and 2 minutes from Dollar General.
Boat Care: Dedicated carport with electric for charging batteries and a hose located just to the right.
Specs: Carport overhang is 19’ 6”.
Parking: Massive space for multiple trucks, rigs, and trailers.
Indoor Fun & Utility:

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place. It was an excellent experience, the entire house was clean, including all furniture, bedding, towels, kitchen and utensils. All appliances worked perfectly including the air conditioner. There was ample toiletries and supplies for our stay. The grill and wood burning fire pit was a nice surprise as I hadn’t remember reading that on the listing. The house is in a nice location with the lake right across the street and the boat ramps and gas station/ store within walking distance. We had a good time and will plan to return next year.
