My family of six (plus my mom) are from South Alabama and we had to have a place around the Guntersville/Scottsboro area for our son’s wedding weekend. From day one, our Host was more than accommodating. She went above and beyond the normal scope of a “good host” making sure we had everything we needed, as well as being flexible and available for any questions and needs we had. The property is clean and beautiful. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the view is relaxing and breathtaking. I looked for months before I settled on Wendy’s property. I definitely hit the jackpot when I chose hers. If we ever have to stay in the area again, this will be the first place on my list! ❤️

The house was nice and cozy and the view was awesome!! The pellet grill and hot tub are a plus!!! You won’t regret booking this house!!

The place was lovely but we had some issues. My first review was not posted!! Broken glass on the floor, guest room felt like a dirty dungeon with a 2x4 to block the back door. Loud neighbors riding dirt bikes right next to the back porch. Two items that were listed were not available. We were told the previous guests used all the firewood so we couldn’t use the fire pit. I don’t think it was worth the price we paid. We were expected to leave it like we found it even though the cleaning fee was not cheap.
