About this house rental
Tucked away, just off the main channel of Lake Guntersville, awaits the perfect place for your next trip to the lake. We call it Golden Sunrise for a reason. The sunrises are absolutely beautiful! Our lake house is 3 bedrooms/2 baths, plus extra sleeping on the sofa. One king size bed, 2 queens, and full/twin bunk. The bunk bed is more appropriate for the kids. There are beds (counting the bunk beds) for 9 plus a pullout sofa bed (or just sleep on the couch like we do...), Washer/dryer, washing detergent, linens and towels provided. The kitchen is well equipped for your cooking needs as well as a gas grill and charcoal grill on the deck. The large family room has a massive sectional sofa so the whole gang can sit together. There's a screened porch and a huge back deck with lots of outdoor eating space. The deck is gated to help with the little ones or the furry visitors. There's an outdoor fire pit for a lakeside fire. The backyard is level and great for playing yard games. It's a short, flat walk from the back deck to the lake.
Cable TV and internet are provided but the view is too beautiful to stay inside for long! There are smart TVs in the living room, master BR, and queen BR.
Located just 4 miles off Hwy 431 on Hwy 79N (Scottsboro Hwy), our home is convenient to Guntersville, Scottsboro, and Huntsville. The nearest boat ramp is only 3 miles away at Waterfront Bay Grocery and Tackle. External power and pier space for boat docking at the boat house. ***Inside of boat house not for guest use**** No boat slip available for guest use*** but there is a covered porch area at the boathouse with chairs and uncovered areas for sunning. We have the perfect lake front home for your family, friends, or your fishing buddies! We are also conveniently located between Goose Pond and Gunter's Landing for those who would rather golf than fish.
Not too fancy, old-school lake house...But we love it! It’s a warm, welcoming, comfortable, relaxing lake house. You will feel right at home! The view of the lake just calls you to take a deep breath, relax, and slow down. You won't want to leave!

Host and house both excellent! Very nice house, conveniently located (off a main highway), and a beautiful lakefront view! Note, however, there are only 5 individual beds (including a King and Queen). Would definitely stay there again!

Property was a great location very tight if you’re pulling a boat we were fishing in a tournament, but we were able to make it work. Loved the feature of the dock we were able to tie up and leave our boat the entire time we were there. We definitely recommend this place and we definitely look forward to coming back next year.

Great location on the water with accessible pier to fish from. We kayaked, fished and the house had all the amenities described in the listing.
