Access the large covered front porch or large covered/screened back porch from the main level, both with seating. Downstairs offers a game room, 1 full bath, 2 bedrooms with additional sleeping on pull out sleeper sofa and futon. There is a dedicated children's space with a reading nook as well as 4 Roku TVs for your entertainment.
Outside features ample parking with a circle drive that leads to covered parking for 4 boat/trucks. Each awning has lights and power. Seating around firepit, gas grill and pergola.

This was an awesome experience from start to finish. The host was very responsive to my questions. Check-in was a breeze. The house is gorgeous, exactly as described, and equipped with nearly everything you could need. Laundry on-site was very helpful. No down products in the house (one of my teammates has an allergy so this was great.) The neighborhood was quiet. What more is there? I highly recommend!!!

Our group has been going to Guntersville for 15 years. This is our first stay at this property. There is 10 of us. It was great, five fishing boats plenty of beds clean close to everything on the lake.
