Designer Duplex Penthouse in Floriana

La posizione ottima, su una via molto silenziosa e a 10 min a piedi dal centro di valletta, appartamento ristrutturato e ben pulito, con tutti i confort anche per soggiorni più lunghi.

Non è proprio una cosa che non mi è piaciuta, ma un informazione utile. È stato predisposto un piccolo ascensore, comodissimo per raggiungere il 3 e 4 piano, dove probabilmente persone di grande stazza potrebbe non entrare. Ma a parte questo, consiglio l’alloggio.

A lovely penthouse with balconies and a lift. Located in Loriana, next to a park. A walking distance to Valetta city centre. Ana is a great host, answered all our questions in no time, we even got a bottle of welcome wine.

Newly renovated flat, fully furnished kitchen and sitting room on the top floor, with balconies and views over the surrounding buildings as far as the sea. I spent only two nights, would be great for a longer stay. The bedroom on the 3rd floor was very big indeed, huge I'd say, one queen bed plus a sofa bed with plenty of space to spare. Two big cabinets and more, nice bathroom with a shower cabin. Location off the beaten paths, but close enough to walk to the town center. This was a plus for me, as I was looking for peace and quiet, but maybe some people would like more trendy places.

I had a misunderstanding with the a/c on my arrival late at night. My fault, I was so tired and went to sleep with open windows instead. Easily fixed the problem with the help of friendly staff the next day, and had no issues the following night. As noticed above, the location could be a plus or not, depending on guest preferences. I did hear some noise late in the night from careless guests occupying a lower floor. My only issue would be with the mattress, not quite up to the standards of the rest of this apartment: somehow softened, and you could feel the springs beneath. Advising to replace.
