Valletta Collection - Floriana Maisonette

Nous avons adoré l’emplacement qui est proche de La Valette et permet également de se rendre à de nombreux endroits clés. Appartement très spacieux où il fait bon vivre. Notre contact (Emilija) était de bons conseils, très réactive et à l’écoute de nos demandes !

La chambre qui donne sur rue du coup on n’était souvent réveillé tôt le matin par divers bruits. La salle de bain au début nous avait un peu surprise du fait qu’elle soit en ciment et le peu de pression quand on augmente la température mais on s’est vite habitué, ce n’était qu’un détail au final.

A localização, sem comentários, 200 m de quase todas as linhas de ônibus que te levam direto para praticamente toda a ilha. Para o ponto mais distante você só precisa andar 400 m e logo chega no buxixo de tudo. A casa é muito bem equipada e super charmosa. Tem tudo do que você precisa. Tudo muito fácil e acessível. Recomendo muito. Super indicado para pequenos grupos, casal ou até mesmo sozinho. I can’t say anything other than that my stay was perfect, starting with the host, who made my experience excellent with all her care and attention. So many things about this house are perfect. The location - need I say more? - is just 200 m from almost all the bus routes that take you straight to practically the entire island. To get to the farthest stop, you just need to walk 400 m and you’ll soon be right in the thick of it all. The house is very well-equipped and super charming. It has everything you need. Everything is very easy and accessible. I highly recommend it. It’s perfect for small groups, couples, or even solo travelers.

A única coisa de que não gostei é a acessibilidade. Caso seja um cadeirante ou tenha muitas limitações de movimentação, pode não ser um bom lugar. The only thing I didn't like was the accessibility. If you're a wheelchair user or have significant mobility limitations, this might not be a good place for you.

Excellent location within walking distance of Valletta the capital and the bus network. Staying in a residential area gave you a feel for the real Malta rather than the homogeneous tourist experience of say Sliema. I liked the two traditional balconies overlooking the road.

Minimalist kitchen. No wine glasses (rectified when requested). No washing up bowl. No point using the dishwasher for a couple of mugs. No plug in the basin. The basement smelled a bit musty which could be worse in winter. A major concern for us who are in our mid 70s was the fact that there was no handrail on the stairs. From basement shower room to bedroom there are about 15 steep stone stairs. Also from ground floor to kitchen area another 15 stone stairs and there is no simple handrail to give one support. A slip or a trip could be nasty. Unfortunately, next door house was being refurbished during our stay and there were some road works. This entailed jackhammer work, drilling and dust which is not what you want on holiday.
