Not far from the airport is a bonus. Taxi fare from airport will cost €25 on average.

A nice welcome from the owner. Paul was very accommodating. Nothing is a big ask. Spacious and comfy. The property is in a peaceful location. Access to the kitchen was good where you could make a needed brew etc. It has a driveway which is a bonus (for future visit). Highly recommend.

Well worth the price

absolutely loved the location, such easy access into the city centre and Howth. Was very worth the price considering that accommodation in Dublin is fairly expensive. The place was situated on a very nice and quiet street too. Was a comfortable and clean stay.

Was not an issue for us, but just a note that the bathroom is shared by multiple guests, we just showered earlier to avoid having to queue so that wasn't a problem

I was more than happy with my experience - I will be returning

"20 Minutes to the City Center" is fulfilling what once was a common offering in Ireland - namely providing clean, comfortable, basic, easy to find, friendly BUT affordable accommodation. There are no unnecessary frills provided - you get what was promised. Paul is also very helpful indeed. The cost of accommodation in Dublin is an International joke - most places are happy to gouge the market - a very short term approach and one that will come back to bite. Paul's in it for the long haul. I needed an overnight and a good night's sleep as my flight had arrived in late. Some of the places on offer on accommodation sites chance their arm and had horrible reviews. Paul's place by contrast had excellent ones and I was more than happy with my experience - I will be returning

Exactly what I wanted

It is super close to the dart station and in a very nice neighbourhood. There is free parking and Paul was extremely helpful with every request I had. Very close to both Malahide Castle and the city centre. Perfect for my trip to the Neil Young concert.

Value for money

To be honest i was hesitant to book this property for the night. I don’t normally book houses but as soon as walked through the door i was glad i did. The house is very clean and airy. We were down stairs in the back room and it was very quiet. All the amenities of a house. Bathroom, kitchen, tea/coffee making facilities, back garden, comfortable beds and close to Dublin port. Only a 15-20 minutes drive. I would you recommend.

Good location with easy get to centrum in good price

Location, so easy to get to the train station and in 20 minutes indeed in centrum. Very nice host, we get some recommendations, it was really nice to talk before getting key. Good accommodation, all was available, no issue with sharing bathroom. We could even get converter to EU facilities.

Namuose buvo vėsu, nebuvo šildytuvo. Keista pasirodė tai, kad šeimininkas iškart parašydavo, jei ką nors padarydavome ne taip. Vos pavalgę pusryčius sulaukėme žinutės, kada jau išsiregistruosime ir išeisime, nors iki nustatyto laiko dar buvo likę pakankamai. Manau, kad daugiau čia neapsistosime.

Fijn verblijf in Dublin

De prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Dublin is erg duur! Je bent snel met de trein in het centrum. 5 minuten lopen vanaf verblijf naar station. De trein doet er maar 15 minuten over. Retour 5,20 euro. De gastheer Paul is erg behulpzaam. Mochten de wasmachine ook gebruiken. Rustige buurt. In de nacht hoor je niets.

Enige wat jammer is dat we alleen de magnetron mochten gebruiken. Terwijl er wel gewoon een keuken is. Betere raamverduistering zou handig zijn in de slaapkamer beneden.

Bardzo pomocny i troskliwy gospodarz, Na wstępie podał wszelkie informacje turystyczne, osobiście czekał na przybycie i zaznajomił z zasadami panującymi w domu. Znakomita lokalizacja - cicha spokojna dzielnica, blisko do pociągu DART do centrum miasta oraz w piękne okolice Dublina. Niedaleko dobrze zaopatrzony supermarket oraz knajpki.
