Brand new property. 100m to pubs in either direction. People are so welcoming. Fantastic beds and pillows, like sleeping in a cloud.

The host was extremely friendly and hospitable. I am really impressed with the location and cleanliness of this place. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. The views out the windows were beautiful. This room felt very private and cozy even if it is in the home of the owners. It is somewhat separated from their personal residence. If privacy is your concern, that shouldn’t be a problem at all. I can’t stress enough how kind, friendly, and helpful the hosts were.
We wish we could have stayed longer!!

Lovely modern accommodation in the heart of Doolin. John was a fantastic host and explained things to do in the area and restaurants etc very well!

Position
Lack of communication from the host. Not available for assistance and when they were which was rarely reluctant to assist and help with directions. eg didn’t want to store my perishables in their fridge. Assist me with ringing a taxi and as it turned out the taxi driver didn’t know what house theirs was . Two other people I met that day were driven by their hosts to the same ferry I caught. Another couple on the ferry had their lunch made by their host. This is my fourth visit to Doolin and I will not stay at this accommodation again and advise my colleagues the same. A little effort is all it takes.
