Nice quiet location, easy to find, with parking available at the front of the house. Friendly team. Very comfy, cosy and clean room (with nice bed linen) which felt homely. Communal space available to sit, have coffee, take a drink from the fridge etc.
Unfortunately breakfast no longer provided at the property (NB. Google maps lists it as a B&B). Plumbing slightly idiosynchratic; and easy to hear other guests moving around the building e.g. doors being closed, creaky floorboards.

The room was very large and very comfortable; everything was very clean. The shower was very correct. It was a great detail that; even though breakfast was not served, we were offered fruit, cups, plates and spoons.
The window was a little difficult to close, but we were able to do it without any problems.
