Perdika's Nest, family friendly house by the sea

Our host was very kind to give us detailed informations regarding the check in process and let us know that we can accommodate early and have a late check out.

If I should rate the host, I'll give a 10 straight away, but I need to rate the property so that is why I gave 7. Due to the precious information gaved by Kalliope in advance I was able to reach the property but the travel with the car from main road to the property was a real struggle, narrow streets, most of them blocked by parked cars. The facilities were pretty limited, small shower cabin downstairs, an improvised bathroom upstairs with a plastic door which gives quite no intimacy and noise proofing, a little mold smell in the kitchen area, and the wooden floors were too noisy.

Out of my four visits to Aegina, this stay was by far the best! 🏝️ If hosting were a sport, Kalliopi would be Cristiano Ronaldo — top of her game! 😄 The apartment was spotless, beautifully located with a stunning view, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Kalliopi is incredibly organized, thoughtful, and always ready with helpful advice. On top of that, she’s warm, welcoming, and truly went above and beyond to spend quality time with us when we needed it. An unforgettable experience — thank you, Kalliopi!

Proprietara comunicativa dispusă sa ofere toate informațiile necesare pentru tot ce se poate vizita in zona. Apartamentul era dotat cu toate cele necesare ( detergent, gel de dush , cafea , apa , vin.. )

Apartamentul micuț, destul de înghesuit , băile mici , intrare îngustă. Mașina se putea parca la vreo 10 m distanță de casa . Nu are plaja langa , a trebuit să mergem cu mașina la plaja , 3 min mers cu mașina. .Ne'am trezit în prima zi cu un mare cărăbuș in camera nu știu pe unde a intrat, plus furnici pe aragaz. Nu are terasa cu vedere la mare , se putea vedea marea puțin de pe geam dintr-un dormitor. E posibil sa fie doua apartamente care au fost separate în aceeasi casa și celălalt are terasa cu vedere la mare , vedeam puțin de pe geam din dormitor. Se aud zgomote seara nu era liniște deplină sa te poți odihni . Copilul adormea greu , era atentă la ce se aude .

Comfortable. We really enjoyed our walks to the port of Perdikha but hired a car after a couple of days to explore the island. Kalliope was a wonderful host - so helpful and all her recommendations were excellent.

A little on the small side and A/C a bit noisy.
