This spacious 120 sq.m. seaside home offers stunning sea views and is located in a quiet, upscale residential area of Aegina, ideal for families and guests seeking relaxation, privacy, and comfort.

It features a large living room with dining area, the kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher for comfortable daily use, and three bedrooms. The sea is just a short walk away (approximately 100 meters), offering easy access for swimming. Additional organized beaches can be reached within a 5-minute drive. The area is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful homes and villas, making it ideal for a calm seaside holiday.
