A two-story villa containing five bedrooms, one on the ground floor and four in the attic.
All five bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one in the attic.
On the ground floor you can also find a living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
Since it is built on a mountain slope, it has a beautiful view of the sea from the spacious terraces!
The sea is easily accessible from the house, only 50 meters away!
With five rooms available this home is a perfect venue for a large family or a group of friends to enjoy the
beautiful island of Aegina!
The house also includes a barbeque and a traditional wood oven in the backyard.
Just 3 km from the traditional fishing village of Perdika and 7 km from the capital of the island, Aegina.
One can rent a vehicle but also use public transport, which is easy because there is a bus stop at the end
of the road, just 50 meters away.
At the end of the road there is also an excellent restaurant where you can have a meal by the sea, in a fantastic atmosphere!!

The house is very beautiful and comfortable, really feels like a family summer house. It was perfect to host our short holidays with a large group of friends and family. The hosts are very kind and generous. Can only recommend!

Även om vi hade höga förväntningar så var det mycket bättre! Bra utrustat hus i lugnt område med 2-3 minuter till en mindre badplats med underbart klart vatten. Buss inom 1min promenad underlättade då det var 2 km till närmaste affär. Därifrån går också båtar till bl a den lilla ön Moni som var väl värd ett besök. Allt som allt en fantastisk semestervistelse för barn o gamla!

Proprietarul ne-a intampinat cu piersici si Tsipouro. Am comunicat foarte bine cu ei. Niste oameni foarte de treaba. O casa foarte frumoasa cu toate dotarile posibile la bucatarie , un living spatios, un dormitor cu terasa la parter si terase exterioare foarte spatioase si frumoase. Celelalte 4 camere sunt mansarda.
Aici din cauza ca acoperisul nu este izolat, trebuia sa folosim foarte mult AC pentru a raci incaperea cand ne intorceam de la plaja.
Camerele de la mansarda au numai ferestre de mansarda, deci nu poti sa vezi mai nimic afara. Dar oricum nu stateam prea mult prin camere. Marea este aproape, la vreo 100m unde exista un ponton si 2 umbrele unde fac baie doar cei din zona.
Este si o taverna tot pe plaja chiar in dreptul casei.
Mancarea este foarte buna, dar e o taverna mai sofisticata si mai scumpa (au meniu separat de sushi- nu am mai intalnit). Cred eu ca pentru grecii care vin din Atena.
Am avut o experienta foarte placuta in aceasta casa.
