Striking views of the sea

What a wonderful apartment overlooking the sea … with a balcony … on the 11th floor! Striking views and very confortable apartment. Bed very confortable, kitchen nicely done, and a very Nice shower. Also has a washing machine. Host is very friendly, communicative, and kind. Very easy to find and access apartment. Able to walk from bus station easily. Took many walks along the beach, and to old town - all convenient to the apartment. The view at night is striking! Also had hundreds of câble channels - i loved watching HGTV some nights - a treat. Thanks for a very Nice stay.

We were surprised upon arrival, because the apartment is bigger than it looks on the pictures. The host was very helpful, gave us good recommendations and helped figure out parking situation. Very central location, lots of stores and restaurants around.

Highly recommend, amazing apartment and location!

Highly recommend apartment Lux and will definitely stay there again! The location was excellent, a very short walk to the beach. The apartment was modern and clean. Everything you would need in a fully stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and accommodating, he reached out on WhatsApp right after the booking and explained everything. The key pick up was in a lock box by the door and the code was sent day of arrival. Loved everything about our stay and the view was amazing!

Gorgeous hotel room

The room was gorgeous and had a lovely sea view. We were given additional towels and toiletries and the hosts arranged the tourist tax for us. There is a shopping centre over the phone and a short walk to the marina and many restaurants.

Overall very good appartments.

Location. Close to the old town. Many restaurants and shops in few minutes walk. Modern furniture. Nice view.

Poor soundproofing. You ca hear the neighbours very well. Sometimes hot water was not enough for two, because of electrical heater.

It’s a scam

The room is clean and looks like on the pictures.

It’s in a hotel Wow building across the road. I was 30 minutes late to the concert because I was messaging back and forth with the owner. I expected 24 hour reception. The key and keycard were already in the room. In the morning I had to go find the cash machine bc like a normal person I was going to pay with a card at the reception. But no. Came a lady and took cash. It’s a total fail

Perfekt gelegen, toller Blick auf die Altstadt, schön und gemütlich.

Sehr netter Gastgeber. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt am Meer und Segelhafen. Toller Blick auf die Altstadt. Alle Shopping Möglichkeiten in direkter Nähe. Eine nette Weinbar unten im Haus mit leckerem Caesars Salad.

Eventuell etwas mehr Geschirr bzw. Kochutensilien und einen Toaster.

Единственно что было прекрасно это местоположение квартиры.

Все было терпимо. Только было не понятно как все включается. Электроплита для готовки работала плохо. Жить было можно.Но все время надо было преодолевать трудности и проблемы. Хозяин пришел только через 2 дня. Крутись как можешь если хочешь выжить.

Электроплита на кухне была не исправна и работала плохо. Яйцо надо было варить 40 минут. Что бы поменять белье на кровати надо было вызывать хозяина что бы он принес чистую постель.

היינו 5 לילות. דירה חדישה מתוכננת יפה, מאוד נוחה, במיקום מצויין, יש בדירה בדיוק כל מה שצריך. יופי של דירה להיות בה. גם קרובה לטיילת ולעיר העתיקה. ממרפסת הדירה בקומה 11 נשקף נוף יפה לים ולעיר העתיקה. יש ממול 2 סופרמרקטים, בית מרקחת וקניון.

Vieta tobula, netoli senamiesčio, jūra pasiekiama ranka už 5min kelio. Virtuvėje indų netrūko, skalbimo mašina pravertė apsistojus ilgesniam laikui. Kondicionierius taip pat veikė tobulai. Apartamentai įkurti viešbutyje, tad jei nesinori maisto gaminti, tereikia nusileisti iki apatinio aukšto ir vuolia(greitai ir skaniai maitina).

Liftas dažnai strigo, kambarys galėjo būti švariau išvalytas, nes plaukų kuokštus nuo kiliminės dangos rinkti nebuvo labai smagu. Bet šiaip viskas ok.

Konumu mükemmel budva’da konaklayacaksanız hem eski kent merkezi hem de plajların tam arasında. Sveti Stefan’a minibüs ya da araba ile yaklaşık 20 dk mesafede. Fiyat performans açısından çok uygun. Konaklamanın ihtiyaçları karşılaması açısından mükemmel. Eksiksiz bir apart daire. 4 kişi çok rahat konaklar. Bir adet king size yatak bir adet de 2 kişinin yatabileceği rahat bir kanepe var, duş tuvalet temiz, su basıncı çok iyi. Beyaz eşyalar çok temiz ve yeni. Havlu çarşaf yastık vb ihtiyaçlar hem temiz hem de fazlasıyla var. Sorumlu kişi zaten eksik olsa da hemen tamamlıyor çok yardımcı oldu (enis’e buradan teşekkürler ☺️) balkonlu odalar var arka odalar dağ ve şehir manzaralı ön odalar deniz manzaralı. Biz balkonda oldukça zaman geçirdik siz de seviyorsanız balkon işinizi görür. Ön cepheler deniz üzerinden eski kent merkezini de görüyor. Ayrıca market alışverişleri için olanaklar çok yakın etrafta fazlaca market var tam karşıda da bir büfe var(marketler bize göre erken açılıp erken kapanıyor o nedenle büfe son dk ihtiyaçlarımızı çözdü) özetle biz çok memnun kaldık eylülde tekrar gitmeyi düşünüyoruz 😀 hem ülkeyi hem de denizini çok sevdik. Biz genel anlamda kültür turu yaptık bu defa deniz tatili yapacağız 😀
