Style & Design Flat in the Center of Madrid

Appartamento molto curato e perfettamente corrispondente alle foto. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la posizione strategica, vicina alla metropolitana e comoda per visitare la città. L’appartamento era pulito, la cucina ben attrezzata e il proprietario sempre disponibile e gentile.

Sinceramente mi è piaciuto tutto!

Departamento muy lindo y bien puesto, con buen gusto y con las cosas básicas de cocina necesarias. Muy silencioso, es una cuadra tranquila, al menos en días de semana que fue cuando nos quedamos. El sistema de entrada y salida autónomo con contraseña fue muy útil. Sergio estuvo disponible en todo momento para responder consultas. Eramos 2 personas, cada una ocupó un dormitorio y el departamento es amplio, cómodo y muy agradable.

No había vasos, solo tazas. Una lámpara de pie no funcionaba. No lo pudieron solucionar durante nuestra estadía ya que solo estuvimos 2 días, pero Sergio prometió ocuparse.

Tutto perfetto. Appartamento spazioso con tutti i comfort e di facile accesso. A cinque minuti a piedi dalla metro Puerta de Toledo e a due minuti dalle fermate degli autobus.

The accommodation was in an excellent location and comfortable; however, there were some significant issues. On the day of check-in, we mistakenly arrived early at 13:30 and found the room in a very dirty and unacceptable condition due to the previous guests. When we contacted the owner, we were told to return at 16:00. However, even then the room was not ready, and we were asked to come back 3 hours later, finally entering at 19:20. While we understand the owner was not responsible for the previous guests’ behavior, we believe some form of compensation or at least an apology should have been offered. Overall, the place was nice and well-equipped, but we also experienced issues with hot water and the air conditioning.
