Style & Design Flat in the Center of Madrid

I liked the flat it was in a perfect location from all tourist attractions. The beds were comfy and it was perfect for a quick one night stay.

I didn’t like how quickly the shower got cold maybe needs a new boiler perhaps other than that the flat was perfect.

The accommodation was in an excellent location and comfortable; however, there were some significant issues. On the day of check-in, we mistakenly arrived early at 13:30 and found the room in a very dirty and unacceptable condition due to the previous guests. When we contacted the owner, we were told to return at 16:00. However, even then the room was not ready, and we were asked to come back 3 hours later, finally entering at 19:20. While we understand the owner was not responsible for the previous guests’ behavior, we believe some form of compensation or at least an apology should have been offered. Overall, the place was nice and well-equipped, but we also experienced issues with hot water and the air conditioning.
