The property is immaculately presented. All items you could need for a stay are there (including the parasol!). Comfortable beds. Lots of nice touches (eg. washing up pack). The communication with the team from Win to Win Rentals is impressive. Friendly person greets you on arrival and shows you how to use the facilities. We would definitely book again on our next visit and no hesitations to recommend to our family and friends! And then the roof terrace is the icing on the cake - enjoyed the morning coffee up there! Bliss, wish I was there now!
We liked absolutely everything - would like to own it ourselves and would definitely use these management agents! Only things are it may be a little distance for some (10-15 minute walk to Calle Larios, for example) but we liked being slightly out of the centre because it was more peaceful to aid good sleep, especially as Malaga football team were promoted when we were there - you’d have to join the party because no sleep that night in the centre! Plus would be good to have TV in lounge with a reconfiguration of sofa seating. Probably only issue this time because husband trying to watch all World Cup matches plus golf (!) and I didn’t necessarily want to see/hear it all in bedroom whilst sleeping!

The terrace was the highlight—perfect for relaxing. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the location made it easy to explore the city.

The apartment was comfortable and nice. The kitchen was well equipped.. the terrace was extremely nice but the stairs to reach the top were difficult to manage. The bannister needs to go along all the wall and not stop before reaching the bottom of the stairs.
It was easy to communicate with Wintowin and they always responded to our requests. Paula,Jerome and Nacho were very helpful
I didn’t like the fact that the apartment was far from the centre. I also didn’t like the fact that the television was only in Spanish.
