For me, sleep is very important, and the location was perfect for that, we were 5 minutes away from the historic center, but far enough away from the excitement during the night.
Having a laundry wire on the balcony was also very convenient, maybe another one for the other balcony could also be good to have.
Since we were going to the beach, coming back meant bringing sand with us, so a broom in the apartment would have been nice.
Also, we didn't see any kitchen cloths or towels which would've also come in handy

comfortable bed, 10-15 minutes walk to the city center, elevator, closet space, easy check-in (door code), host was available, spacious, nice bathroom
WiFi is not good, cleanliness is subpar, kitchen is not well equipped, not enough towels (there’s a washing machine, but nowhere to hang/dry the washed items), many mosquitoes, too expensive for what the apartment offers
