Station Apartments

Main purpose was location. Was 2 minute walk to where we were meeting friends.

Couldn’t get the tvs to work. But not a big deal for us

Perfect location, spotless clean. Lovely touch leaving bread/ milk etc. Comfortably set out and lovely beds. An absolute pleasure to deal with them by message before the stay.

Absolutely nothing!

It was safe & convenient to where my family live. Peter was extremely helpful/accommodating allowing early check in and later check out due to my flight schedule. He answered my queries quickly and nothing was any trouble to him. 10/10 for Peter. Key box system worked well. Bed was large & comfortable with clean linen. Washing machine in hall for use + iron. Tea/coffee + biscuits. Small fridge in room. A must in this hot weather!

Room was very hot due to heatwave at present time, but i'm sure at other times of the year this is not a problem.

The location is perfect, town centre, close to many shops so plenty of places to get food from, has access to a small back garden area which is perfect for the kids, our host also answered our questions, was initially polite but this changed on the day we had to move out, and was willing to work with us when we wanted to extend our stay, also offered the option to refresh our towels and bedding. The place also comes with tv and internet facilities, washing facilities for your clothes, and a nice little kitchen which was perfect for cooking the family meals in the evenings, fans were also provided which is a life saver in this warm weather.

Sofa bed is sadly not very comfortable and was a little difficult to sleep on, but that's only as the bed, as a standard sofa it's wonderful, and the bathroom is cramped but it's a converted building so that's not surprising and not something i'd mark it down for. The WiFi is terrible though. Important: Host after we left began talking about a cleaning fee, we left the apartment in the same state we received it, had bought additional cleaning supplies, washed all dishes and bedding, and we were leaving because we were destitute asylum seekers becoming homeless so asking this which isn't mentioned on booking.com feels awful.
