Nice basic accomodations

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice room and good air-condition. Good breakfast with some choices for gluten free. Restaurants 5 min drive.

We could hear baby crying at night from the next room. Many Moskitos so we had to leave the windows closed.

Well situated in the countryside, close enough to the village of San Piero a Sieve, that you can still find civilisation for dinner and groceries. Beautiful apartment with two rooms…shower area was a bit of a squeeze for 6’ tall person, but working. We loved our stay and would come back again!!

We had a great time !

As of August 2023, the place is new and clean. The design and details were nice and pleasant. The location is quiet and green, but surprisingly close to all facilities and attractions: Supermarket, restaurants, bakeries, lake with a swimming shore, train to florence and highway to the airport - all within 10 minute drive. Fredrica is a very helpful host.

Beautiful apartment in Italian countryside. We hope to go back!!

Lovely countryside surrounding (while easy 30 min drive from Florence). Beautiful newly renovated apartments that are modern but maintained character. Very spacious. We would have happily stayed there for days. Finally, the hosts were incredibly accommodating and communicative.

AC was wonderful in the bedrooms, but not in the common area. If you were there visiting in the cooler months, it would be a non issue, but we were there in the dead summer, so very hot. Zero complaints otherwise.

הכל! עצרנו כאן בדרך צפונה כתחנת מנוחה ומיד הארכנו את השהייה. האגם הקרוב מהמם, יש אאוטלט וסופרמרקט במרחק נסיעה קצרה, הצוות אדיב מאוד, המקום יפה, נקי ומעוצב, במטבח יש כל מה שצריך ואפילו יש מכונת כביסה שמייבשת. היינו מרוצים מאוד!

את המדרגות. כדאי לבקש חדר בקומת קרקע. ואת ארוחת הבוקר שהיא ממש נחמדה אבל בדיעבד היינו מוותרים עליה, כי לא היה בה המון מבחר או שפע, בטח יחסית למחיר, ואפשר בקלות להרים ארוחה כזאת (ויותר) בחדר.

Prachtige agriturismo op een halfuurtje van Firenze

Super mooie accommodatie met veel sfeer ingericht. Voorzien van airco in leefruimte. Slaapkamers hadden ventilatoren. De zeep, shampoo en conditioner ruiken erg lekker (Dr. Vranjes) en voelen luxueus aan. Onze badkamer was voorzien voor iemand met een beperking, het toilet was dus speciaal voorzien, een klapzitje in de douche. Heel leuk dat we zo'n mooie aangepaste accommodatie konden vinden, want dit is niet zo vanzelfsprekend. Op een halfuurtje van Firenze en drie kwartier van Bologna. Prachtige streek. Hondje was welkom (25 euro). Ontbijt (12.5 euro pp) op de laatste dag erg verzorgd met lokale producten en heel lekkere patisserie. Eitjes naar keuze waren ook mogelijk. Onthaal was erg vriendelijk. Het afval kon goed gesorteerd worden en werd dagelijks opgehaald. Wij waren een gezin met vijf personen en een hond en verbleven vier nachten.

Deze mensen verdienen weinig kritiek, maar toch enkele opmerkingen om nog beter te worden. De heel mooie Agriturismo ligt niet zo ver van een drukke weg, die je wel goed hoort als je buiten zit. Dit is natuurlijk niet te veranderen. De faciliteiten in de keuken vielen wat tegen als je zelf wilt koken en verblijven voor ontbijt, lunch en avondmaal met vijf personen. Er was 1 pannetje en twee normale kookpotten, 1 glazen bowl, en van het servies was er van elke soort 6 stuks. Dus amper 6 glazen. Ik had graag ook enkele wijnglazen gezien. Een tegenvaller was dat de (kleine) afwasmachine van slechte kwaliteit was, zodat we alles terug een tweede keer moesten afwassen want de vaat kwam er nog vuil uit. We hebben nochtans de sproeiers volledig uitgespoeld en de zeef gepoetst, maar er was geen beterschap te zien. Dit wou wel zeggen dat er veel afgewassen moest worden gezien de beperkte uitrusting. Onze kamer was voorzien op iemand met een beperking, maar het zitje is veel te kort om stabiel te kunnen zitten. Wij hebben hiervoor een tuinstoel in de douche gezet . Dit ging dan perfect. Mijn man kon wel absoluut niet zelfstandig naar binnen/buiten in zijn rolstoel, dus de toegankelijkheid moet beter geregeld kunnen worden, met een ramp om de opstapjes te kunnen overbruggen. Zelfstandig kunnen zijn, is immers belangrijk voor iemand met een beperking.

struttura tranquilla, distante dal paese se non si è forniti di auto o bici (non raggiungibile a piedi con facilità), ma organizzata per poter avere pranzi e cene in loco senza doversi spostare, con l'ausilio di taluni ristoranti del posto. Nel costo della stanza vi è solo il pernotto; ogni servizio ulteriore viene pagato a parte (prima colazione, utilizzo della tinozza esterna con acqua riscaldata ecc.)

prezzi sostanziosi per il tipo di camera offerta (matrimoniale senza bagno interno), passabili forse solo per l'evento motociclistico. Difficoltà nella gestione e nella comunicazione della prenotazione sia all'interno del portale sia con la prenotazione diretta. Nel complesso soggiorno gradevole, sicuramente hanno margini di miglioramento perché la buona volontà e la disponibilità si notano.

Mooie b&b en dicht bij het circuit

Mooie b&b , verzorgd, oog voor detail in decoratie en lekkere zeep, gezellige tuin met jacuzzi (al werd niet gezegd dat hij gebruikt kon worden 19 mei)

Geen microgolf aanwezig (ontbijt ruimte) ook mochten wij ons eigen eten (om 3 dagen op circuit te vertoeven) niet in de koelkast steken…

Abbiamo soggiornato solo 1 notte in questa struttura perchè 3 amici in viaggio, al nostro arrivo del tardo pomeriggio troviamo la sig.na Monica gentilissima nell'accoglierci e risolvere le nostre esigenze, ambiente pulitissimo, curato e letti sopra le aspettative, ricevuto consigli per dove cenare ( Tortelli e Bistecca Top ), posto da ritornare, consigliato.

Semplicemente meravigliosa!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bellissima struttura in Toscana e siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti. La posizione è comodissima, il che rende gli spostamenti semplici e piacevoli. Il personale è accogliente, disponibile e incredibilmente gentile, facendoci sentire subito a casa. Il nostro appartamento era non solo bellissimo, ma anche funzionale e curato nei minimi dettagli. Un dettaglio che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo è il fatto che la struttura accetta gli animali, un vero plus per chi, come noi, viaggia con i propri amici a 4 zampe. Anche i nostri gatti si sono trovati benissimo! Hanno adorato osservare l’esterno grazie all’accesso alle finestre, curiosando tutto il giorno su quello che accadeva intorno a loro.😂 Consigliatissimo per chi cerca comfort, bellezza e un’accoglienza speciale anche per gli animali!

Appartamento disposto malissimo. La tv non aveva antenna ma solo app. Tv non in camera ma in soggiorno e quindi non usufruibile. Mancavano tende alle finestre di bagno e soggiorno. Il phon non funzionava.
