About this apartment rental
Welcome to our elegant and spacious home located on Via Pietrapiana in the heart of Florence. This 120 square meter apartment has been recently renovated and furnished with an eclectic taste to create a unique and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
The apartment has three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one with bath and shower, the other with shower only), a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room, a dining room and two terraces. In particular, one of the bedrooms is a real suite with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom, guaranteeing privacy and comfort for our guests.
The apartment is equipped with all modern comforts, including air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, and refrigerator, making meal preparation easy. Wi-Fi internet connection is included in the rent.
The apartment can accommodate up to 7 people: two bedrooms have double beds, one bedroom has two single beds and the living room has a single sofa bed. This makes it the ideal choice for families or groups of friends looking for spacious and comfortable accommodation during their stay in Florence.
The apartment is located in a strategic position, within walking distance of some of the main tourist attractions of Florence, such as Piazza dei Ciompi and Piazza Santa Croce. You are also within walking distance of restaurants, cafés and shops, making it easy to enjoy daily Florentine life.

This was a great apt in a pwrfect area for seeing all the sites. Close to a great breakfast spot, gelateria and many great restaurants. We walked here from the train station and walked everywhere during our stay. Well equipped and plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 teens.

Spacious, clean, and quiet, yet right in the heart of where you want to be in Florence. They were also able to accommodate a last-minute change request without issue.

The location was excellent. Easy to get around the historic area. Lots of restaurants and grocery store near by. The apartment is lacking with items to make your stay comfortable. The WiFi only work in the front part of the apartment. The kitchen needed a ew dish towel, pot holder a new electric kettle. The was no instructions on how to adjust the A/C. The lighting in all room was needs upgrading. Lastly having only one set of keys for a 3 bedroom apartment made it difficult to not be able to go out individually.
