There was some kind of miscommunication or misunderstanding when it came to check in time. I was asked what time I wanted to check in so I chose an 12:30 check in time and was allowed to leave my things inside but couldn’t stay. Fine- the website said 3pm so I abstained from complaining. The apartment was not ready for check in until almost 4pm despite a 3pm check in time. (and did not respond to the message for the entirety of our 7 night stay.Once the apartment had been cleaned and was ready for check in, we were upset to find that there was no toilet paper (included in the listed amenities) which it took the cleaning crew another hour to provide.The apartment was otherwise in alright and clean condition, but my inability to check in for hours after the agreed check in time was not.
