About this house rental
The house is nestled in a tiny hamlet just outside the small town of Moncoutant, on the border of Deux-Sevres and the Vendee, in western France. Its peaceful and idyllic location offers a relaxing rural retreat.
This beautiful property comfortably sleeps 6 people. There is a king-size master bedroom with sofa and dressing area plus two further generous double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room. All the bedrooms are large and airy, with black-out Velux blinds and black-out curtains.
There is one large family bathroom upstairs and an ensuite shower room. There is also a shower room downstairs. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with kitchen table, island with breakfast bar, gas oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Kitchen Aid appliances.
The spacious living room is very cool in summer months and has leather chairs and sofa, plus an extendable dining table for 6 people and a wood burner for chillier days. Both the living room and kitchen have French and British TV and there is fast-speed fibre broadband throughout the house and garden.
The garden is large, private and secluded with a wondeful sun-trap of a patio and an above ground swimming pool.
