About this villa rental
French doors leading into the open plan living room/dining area, with an archway into the kitchen. The living area has a wood burner fire for those cooler months, corner settee, and coffee table. The dining area has a table and 6 chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with cooker, washer, fridge-freezer, microwave and crockery.
Downstairs bedroom 1, which has a double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps,french doors leading into the garden.
Downstairs bathroom, which consists of wet room shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
First floor:-
Bedroom 2 which has double bed, bunk beds, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps.
Bedroom 3 which has two single beds. Bedside table with lamp.
The property is cleaned for your arrival and we do ask that you leave the property in a good clean tidy condition. An end of stay cleaning service can be arranged.
Outside there is private parking directly outside the property. A private area with table and chairs and BBQ. Access through a gate to the communal gardens where there is a communal swimming pool, which is fenced off with a secure gate for safety.

Eglantine was outstanding! We 100% recommend it to anyone, especially families (we’re two adults and three children).
The location was first rate: a short distance from two beautiful towns (Vouvant and Mervent), in one of the most picturesque valleys in the region.
The property was well presented, and immaculately clean. The garden and pool area were simply first class, and actually the online photographs don’t quite do them justice. The pool was a lovely temperature and was well equipped and safe. The garden was spacious and relaxing, and again well equipped with several seating and dining areas to choose from!
No negatives at all.
We’ve always made a point of exploring new areas each summer holiday, but it will be so tempting to return to Eglantine next year.
And finally, the hosts were great, they went above and beyond to ensure we had all the information we needed to enjoy our time. Thank you Vanessa and Paul!

A relaxing gîte nested in mature garden, nice facilities and great pool.
Plenty to do nearby, and half way between the coast and Marais Poitevins… if you feel like it!

Maison simple pouvant facilement accueillir 6 personnes et disposant d'une grande piscine et d'un grand jardin, bien localisée en Vendée permettant à la fois d'aller à la mer et visiter les marais du Poitevin.
