All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This unit is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort: No boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's or golf carts are allowed inside of the resort.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location is great. Good size kitchen, living room, and dining room. Plenty of dishes and good enough pots and pans to get by. Two of the bedrooms are large with bathrooms, the third bedroom is small and doesn't have easy access to a bathroom without going through a bedroom. Only negative is the mattresses are terrible. Oh and the amenities pass is the yellow fob on the house key, there was a little confusion with that. Also not sure where the third pool is located. I would stay again after a mattress upgrade.

The house was great, clean with plenty of extras (blankets, dishes, garbage bags, etc.) the pools, playgrounds and amenities were very nice. The only negative was the check in process. The text I received the day before check in should have provided the address to the office where the keys were. We got to the house after a long, long drive with our grands and had to go back off the island to the office to get the key.

Pool was amazing, ping pong was nice, Putt Putt was a good course, house not too far to get to the beach, convenient to most things on the island, house was well appointed and comfy, would stay again

The good:Check in was amazing and easy lovely people at the officeHouse was cleanGreat neighborhood amenities with pools and mini golf Plenty of seatingGood amount of bedroomsNicely decorated Sheets and blankets very cleanDog friendly! Vacasa communication was very goodNot so great stuff:Poorly appointed kitchen for cooking. We had tp buy pans and knifes but you could easily bring your own.Bad stuff:The fridge reeked of fish. The freezer was almost unusable as the smell was permiating things. We went ahead and boight ice and stored it in ziploc bags.You have to like a very very firm bed to sleep here. I mean we are talking concrete levels of firmness. Every single bed was awful. I hate to even give a 3 star rating because everything else was fine but they were actually this bad that it really kind of ruined the stay.With that said if you are ok with extreme firm sleeping arrangements then this would be a none issue for you. Overall it was a great option last minute but we wont be back to this particular unit. We would definitely do Vacasa, VRBO, and Wyndom all again as that part was all a lovely experience.
