Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Party of 8 and 2 dogs - We had a wonderful experience at Mossy Oaks Cottage! This space was perfect for all of us. It's a small and cozy space, yet we never felt like we were on top of each other. Plenty of seating and kitchen space. Kitchen was fully equipped. We made every meal at the house no problem. Our two dogs were grateful for the dog door to enjoy access to the fully contained deck with a fenced potty area. The house was easily accessible for our 80 year old grandparents who traveled with us (minimal and sturdy stairs). The access to the beach was an easy walk(quick drive for my grandparents). Close by, there was a beach access where you are able to park your vehicle and we could take our own chairs and gear down in the morning rather than walking/hauling it all down in a sweaty mess. Easy walking access to the beach with no stairs and the one we drove my grandparents to had a solid pathway/mat for them to walk safely and easy to experience the beach without wading through too much sand. We absolutely loved our stay and experience and plan to return!
