Enjoy Ballard's quiet Sunset Hill neighborhood in our backyard guesthouse. Seven minutes walk from one of the great viewpoints in the city which is a great place to take in the sunset over puget sound.

Very cute and clean. We liked having assess to washer and dryer. The only down side was the incredibly hard bed.

This guest house was an excellent place to stay. It was cozy, comfortable and quiet. It was clean. The washer and dryer are very good. The kitchen was well appointed. There was a patio we used for our morning coffee.It is a one bedroom but it was roomy. Yeon and Xavier are excellent hosts and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We would stay again.

This is my favorite place to stay in Ballard when I visit family, and I've stayed in a lot of different places. The guest house is lovely, clean, open. The gardens are beautiful and the location is perfect for walks and very quiet. Highly recommend this wonderful rental
