Our spacious updated historic home is perfect for families or small groups, comfortably accommodating 4 adults and 2 kids.
You’ll appreciate the 43" smart TV and high-speed 600 Mbps internet to keep you connected to all your favorite shows.
The well appointed kitchen invites you to whip up a gourmet meal or enjoy a delicious takeout from all the nearby eateries.
Refresh and rejuvenate in the homes updated bathroom with bath/shower combo and all bathroom essentials, including towels, toiletries, hair dryer and flat iron.
**Please note ~ bathroom is on the main floor, bedrooms are upstairs.
UP a flight of carpeted stairs with sturdy handrail, you find 2 bedrooms—a spacious primary with King size bed and walk-in closet and second bedroom with queen size bed—ideal for sleeping 4 adults.
Additional loft space between the 2 bedrooms can accommodate 2 kids or 1 young adult on a full size futon, as well as a desk/desk chair and 20" computer monitor screen w/ cable.
Bedrooms have high-end, medium-firm pillow-top mattresses, a selection of down and memory foam sleeping pillows, and extra blankets to ensure you have a restful nights sleep. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and fans throughout will keep you nice and cool in summer.
Powerful quiet baseboard heaters keep you toasty in fall and winter.
In the dining room cabinet you'll find a great assortment of games, books, puzzles, playing cards and more to keep everyone entertained.
We’ve made the space baby and child-friendly as well, complete with a high chair, pack-n-play, plug covers, baby gates, toys, books, puzzles, and kids’ plates, bowls, and utensils.
Need to freshen up your clothes? We’ve got you covered with a front-load washer and dryer, an iron, ironing board in the separate laundry for your convenience.
Step outside to enjoy the spacious, fenced backyard and patio in spring, summer and fall. Enjoy the abundance of trees with lots of apples, plums and blackberries during their growing season. The lilac tree smell amazing in spring.
It’s the perfect spot for BBQ-ing some burgers or steaks, al fresco dining at the outdoor table with umbrella, or just lounging in the Adirondack chairs or sun lounger.
Your dog will enjoy the large grassy area to romp around on as well.
We provide umbrellas, grocery bags, dog accessories, dog blankets (please note we don’t accept cats or other animals due to allergies)
To keep everything pleasant and clean, we ask that you please refrain from smoking, vaping, or using marijuana and other drugs in the home or yard.
Parks and playgrounds are just a few blocks away, with public transportation also within a 3-block walk in any direction.
Street parking is available right in front of the house.
