Nestled in the heart of the Normandy countryside, this Normandy-style house and its majestic grounds are sure to charm you.
The house, with 100 m² of living space, is bathed in light throughout the day. The first floor features a double living-dining room with a monumental fireplace and a wood-burning stove, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a half-bath.
The upper floor features two double bedrooms (adjoining), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a large loft. The house is set on an 8,000-square-meter enclosed lot, harmoniously landscaped with plants and trees. Three outdoor terraces offer you the choice of dining in the sun or shade, depending on your preference, in a bucolic and soothing atmosphere.
