About this house rental
In search of nature and tranquility, come and recharge your batteries in our country house during a stay in Normandy. Ideal for a week or a weekend with family or friends, the house is located in a preserved environment and has a large garden of 7000m2. About 30 minutes away, you can discover during your stay the cities and beaches of Deauville-Trouville as well as the surrounding area. The house has 3 adult bedrooms, a children's room and two bathrooms.
A warm, bright house, with neat decoration and absolute calm benefiting from a large garden. 1h50 from Paris, the house can accommodate 6 to 8 travelers. During your stay, you will benefit from the whole house, a large enclosed garden of 7000m2 which will allow you to fully enjoy nature and access to the large terrace equipped with deckchairs and outdoor tables. The place is ideal for a holiday in the middle of nature or a relaxing and friendly weekend with family or friends. The house is also a perfect place to telework for a few days in the quiet and close to Paris.
The house is accessible by train, to the train station of Bernay or Pont-l'Évêque, located about 25 minutes away. Or by car: from Paris, about 2 hours drive via the A13. The house has parking for 2 to 4 cars.
All shops are accessible between 2km and 10km. You will find some addresses on arrival. A car on site is required.
Our caretaker will be available to welcome you on your arrival. I am at your disposal throughout your stay in order to exchange with you if necessary.
Composition of the house
-On the first floor
1 equipped kitchen, 1 living/dining room with a large table, large fireplace and TV, 1 toilet, 1 large bedroom with 160x200 bed with its bathroom (bath, double sink and toilet), 1 laundry room (hidden) in the bathroom with washing machine.
Upstairs
2 adult bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 140x200 bed communicating with 1 children's bedroom with two single beds (90x200), 1 shower room, 1 separate toilet. 1 baby cot is available upstairs as well as a baby bath. There is also a high chair for children in the house.
Events, parties and pets are not allowed in the house.
Please do not smoke in the house, an ashtray is available outside.
The house has a TV and Wi-Fi connection.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
Cleaning fee is included in the rental price.
Thus, we ask our tenants to remove their sheets at the end of the stay, gather the towels and do what is necessary to leave our housekeeper a clean and tidy home. Thank you for your understanding and respect.
Important: We also ask that you do not put your suitcases and travel bags on the beds. Thank you for this important precaution.
